Free trial

Every new GoTidy account starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is captured at signup but isn't charged until day 15. If you cancel before day 15, you won't be charged anything — no questions, no forms.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, your team keeps access until the end of the current billing period and you won't be billed again. We don't refund partial months or unused seats on a monthly plan.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion. We'll calculate the unused portion of your term, deduct any discount you received vs. the monthly rate, and refund the remainder where appropriate. Email us to start the conversation.

Billing errors

If we made a billing mistake — duplicate charge, wrong seat count, incorrect renewal — you'll receive a full refund of the incorrect amount as soon as we verify the error. Please report billing issues within 60 days of the charge so we can resolve them quickly.

How to request a refund

Email info@gotidy.ca from the email address on your GoTidy account and include:

  • Your organization name
  • The invoice number or charge date
  • A short description of the reason for the request

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Governing law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this Refund Policy, we'll notify account admins by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of GoTidy after a change means you accept the updated policy.
