The rules of the road for using GoTidy — accounts, billing, acceptable use, and what we promise (and don't).
Last updated June 12, 2026
By creating a GoTidy account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
GoTidy is a web app for managing employee tasks, schedules, time tracking, payroll-ready timesheets, time off and rewards. It's offered as a subscription service to organizations and the team members they invite.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You own the data you put into GoTidy. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide the service to you.
You can export your timesheets and activity to Excel or PDF at any time. If you cancel, we retain your workspace for 30 days in case you return, then delete it. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
The GoTidy software, brand, logo, design and content (excluding your data) are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. These terms don't grant you any rights to our IP beyond using the service as intended.
We work hard to keep GoTidy fast and available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or change features over time. We'll give reasonable notice for any change that materially reduces functionality you depend on.
You may stop using GoTidy at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, fail to pay, or pose a security or legal risk. On termination, your access ends and the data-retention rules in our Privacy Policy apply.
GoTidy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply.
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify account admins by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of GoTidy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
